The Parish Office serves as the welcoming heart of parish life — a place where faith meets daily service. It is here that parishioners come to request Mass intentions, sacramental documents, wedding and baptism arrangements, or simply to seek guidance and information. Manned by dedicated staff and guided by the pastor, the office reflects the Church’s spirit of hospitality, patience, and care. Every transaction, no matter how routine, becomes an opportunity to express the Church’s mission of compassion and accompaniment, showing that administration too can be a form of ministry.

At the same time, the Parish Office is more than a center for services; it is a bridge that connects the Church with the wider community. Through the work done here — in communication, coordination, and outreach — the parish extends its presence to families, organizations, and individuals, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. In this way, the Parish Office stands not merely as a place of work, but as a living expression of the Church’s desire to serve, to listen, and to walk with the community in faith and love.

The Parish Office facilitates the following services:

Offerings of Mass Intentions (Thanksgiving/Special Intention/Eternal Repose);

Arrangements for Weddings, Confirmation, Baptisms and anniversary Masses in the Parish Church;

First Friday Masses in offices, Blessings of houses and vehicles, counseling services;

Anointing of the Sick/ Viaticum at the house/hospital;

Use of Capilla de San Jose for funeral wakes and/or private functions ;

Arrangement of inurnment of cremains in the columbarium;

Reservation of  Parish  function rooms;

Issuance of Mass Cards; and

Issuance of Marriage, Baptismal and Confirmation Certificates
